Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.
I didn’t feel like smiling today I felt sad and bad but I reminded myself the value of a smile to change our day. We change how people react to us, therefore, we change how we feel.
I was on the bus the other day and the bus driving was saying hello and smiling as everyone boarded the bus. It startled people but it changed the whole atmosphere of the bus and everyone on it. Everyone stared to smile and talk to each other.
